At The Little Village Play Cafe, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and hair accessories are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the clothing is neatly folded.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our village team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
